The picture and the actual motel rooms were totally different. The rooms were stained and tiny. We were told that we had beach front and it wasnt at all. The elevators were broke for 2 hours and the poor maintance man had to carry all of the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We couldnt get a refund or even a discount. The manager there was very rude. I will not ever stay there.

stinks and nasty. manager is unprofessional and has an attitude problem. the rooms smell like they have been underwater?????? and the non smoking section smells just like the smoking section. not just one room, the whole area.

We visited in October & assumed "indoor poor" meant heated pool. It wasn't! It was freezing. None of the other guests were able to use it either. My grandkids were so disappointed. I don't know where anyone got the idea that a beachside room in this hotel is $59...was there just two days ago and a street-side room was $79.99/night. Beachside was $129.99/night. And this place has been refurbished since the hurricane? The corridors and kitchenettes must've been left out of that plan. Exhaust fan in bathroom was non-functional. The room was adequately clean, though.

This hotel states in the yahoo travel sight as pets allowed , but when we got there we were told no pets. Every one needs to be on the same page!! Our dog only weighs 2 pounds, thats right 2 lbs!

Cottage was dirty, lights not not working in kitchen, fan not working in bathroom. Carpet very sandy, not vacuumed when checked in. Showers dirty and full of sand at check in. Walked right past a maintenance worker with a mop outside the elevator talking with another employee, my wife and kids stepped into and slid on a pile of vomit in the elevator, immediately told the workers outside the elevator, he said he was on his way to clean it up, asked why he didn't warn us about it since we walked right past him, he said ...

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, our last visit however in March of 2006 was horrible. The towels are brought to your room in rusty, nasty carts.
The front staff was rude, ignorant and offered very little help. The sliding glass door on the balcony would not close correctly it took a screwdriver to get it to latch. The place is priced too high for the area. I will never stay Best Western again.

In my opinion, it's a dirty, overpriced, poorly run hotel staffed with people who should not work with the public. You'll enjoy your vacation more if you sleep in your car, wash up in a public restroom and burn $100.00 daily. I'm telling you, it's a better value and you'll go home happier.
