    MY STAY WAS GREAT! It's nestled in a batch of high rise Condos. It's an older property by comparison, sure, but it was everything it advertised. A good buy and the location was beyond compare!

    It looks like I am not the only one with this complaint. I booked through a site where this Best Western stated they accept pets only to find out they didn't. They did not refund my money because I booked online and their policies. If they didn't falsely advertise I would of never booked or accepted anything there. Poor customer ...

    I asked for an ocean front room, smoking ( I know, bad on me!!) and the view was to DIE for!! The balcony had 2 chairs and a small table , the beds were comphy and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find i had not only a microwave and coffee maker and refrigerator, but a stove and sink! The bathroom was a bit small, but i didn't plan to spend ...

  • Do not stay at this place

    The motel is old and dirty. Internet access is advertised, but not available. I was told I could use the computer in the lobby! I had to check out, but pay anyway according to the general manager who was rude and obnoxious. Do NOT stay at this Best Western.

    The desk clerk (who processed us in), needed a refresher in customer service 101! She was rude, and charged us the weekend rate for both days. When we asked any questions, she was very curt....when we asked to see our room, before checking in, we were told :"it didn't matter whether we liked it or not, it was ours ...

    Dirty, smelled like smoke, internet not working, tv not working, and when we complained and left the hotel they charged us anyway. The manager and front desk staff had a bad attitude. We will not go anywhere near this hotel again and recommend that you don't either.

    The picture and the actual motel rooms were totally different. The rooms were stained and tiny. We were told that we had beach front and it wasnt at all. The elevators were broke for 2 hours and the poor maintance man had to carry all of the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We couldnt get a refund or even a discount. The manager there was very rude. I will not ever stay there.

    stinks and nasty. manager is unprofessional and has an attitude problem. the rooms smell like they have been underwater?????? and the non smoking section smells just like the smoking section. not just one room, the whole area.

    We visited in October & assumed "indoor poor" meant heated pool. It wasn't! It was freezing. None of the other guests were able to use it either. My grandkids were so disappointed.     I don't know where anyone got the idea that a beachside room in this hotel is $59...was there just two days ago and a street-side room was $79.99/night. Beachside was $129.99/night. And this place has been refurbished since the hurricane? The corridors and kitchenettes must've been left out of that plan. Exhaust fan in bathroom was non-functional. The room was adequately clean, though.
