Oh My Goodness!!! Fabulous Service...

I stayed at this hotel for the first time, I have never been to a hotel that was so clean, proper service and very reasonable is price. I loved it here, I will be returning for some leisure time to myself as a single parent!

bad service and bad breakfast

bed service:when I checked in and have confirmed the rate of the room with the front dest agent's handwriting, but when we checked out, the ower(a women) of the hotel did not admit the handwriting and even more she said it was my handwriting. I am angery when I get to the awful experience in that hotel.never stay there again.

Ants in the rooms!

I have never had such an awful experience. At 2:30 in the morning, felt something on my hand and went to the bathroom to see about 5 ants on my hand. Then, when I turned on the light and looked under the pillow, there were hundreds more. Upon complaining, they sent someone to look, and we were put in another room. In that room, the toilet ...

Very very, nice place to stay with great rates. They were the host hotel for a Bodybuilding competition, hope they will be the host hotel again next year. Food at onsite restaurant was delicious. Our housekeeper cleaned our room spotless and left extra towels. Can't say enough good things, wish all hotels were this customer oriented.

Great choice of a hotel to stay at in Oakland!

The hotel is very conveniently located right off the freeway. Plenty of parking spaces available. Beautiful lobby (hawaiian natural flowers a catch of eye as soon as you walk in). I was greeted welcome as soon as I arrived by a friendly tall asian frontdesk agent. She checked me in promptly with my bedroom keys ready without having me to wait for ...
