My family and I had a wonderful dinner last week. The restaurant is under new management and has a new, reasonably priced menu. I noticed that all the previous reviews were from 2008. Things certainly have changed since 2008. The cafe is very comfortable and the food is delicious. It's worth a try or a new try.

My friend and I just had the most romantic dinner at the Antietam Cafe. The ambiance was charming and classic. I had the Crabtini which was an enormous portion of Jumbo Lump Crab meat with a nice cocktail sauce. My Filet was cooked to perfection and was by far the best I have ever had. My friend loved the Crab Cakes - lightly spicy and almost all Crab. Awesome!!!! We will be back
