The first morning we were there housekeeping came in and threw all of our personal items away, toothbrushes, contact case..even took pillow cases off our pillows...when i complained i was told she was new...but not even an I'm sorry..The hotel is in a great area. easy walking distance to everything..

rooms where clean and nice, the building is pretty- great continental breakfast. the pool is very small but heated. my cc was charged for some things I didn't have but they quickly fixed it. also I left something behind and the next day'd to me ( 46 dollars!) very close to french quarter,walking distance

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the French Quarter and RiverWalk and Casino. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a great value packaged with my airfair through Yahoo travel.

Great deal for the $$$. $70 incl tax and breakfast for 2 in a minisuite in a historic building. 4 blocks to Bourbon St. with a 24 hr Diner and convenience store just across the street. 3 blocks to Harrah's casino! Hotel had nice furniture and courtyard.
