Room was okay and clean. We stayed 2 nights. The day after we arrived we left at 9 am and returned at 3 pm. Maids were just coming around to clean the room at 3 pm. We had just come from a funeral and wanted to rest; therefore declining room cleaning. Asked for fresh towels. The next morning we discovered that the towels were still wet (apparently not left in the dryer long enough).

Always liked the Microtel Suites since the first time I stayed. It was clean and the staff was good.
But my complaint was I came bearing a coupon and the price went up by 15 dollars plus tax from the coupon rate. The price rate was what brought me there in the first place.

The rooms were nice and clean, but one problem is that the doors slam shut automatically - meaning if you don't actually take care to hold the door and close it when you enter or leave the room, it will slam. And that is all I heard, all night long - slamming doors.

Very clean, layout of suite is great. Favorite feature is the window seat. Also nice to have a fridge and microwave.

As a Volkswagen Bug enthusiast we love going to area. A new Hotel and perfectly equipt for our needs. Exceptionally clean rooms and friendly staff makes us want to go back.

Due to a medical emergency; we didn't get to go on our vacation as planned. When we called to cancel all our reservations they had no knowledge of our reservation. Don't know what went wrong. They were very polite and courteous about the whole thing. I would rebook with them even though we didn't go there this time.

We liked everything. The workers were all nice. The rooms were nice and clean. The service was very friendly. But they can use a refriderator in the rooms.
