for me,i realy love to stay in there.the place are clean,and huge,the staff are nice,we can say that its a little bit expensive,but you can relax you can enjoy stayimg in there.and i cant wait to go back again,,,

the area is congested.however,it's very convinient to go from nowhere to everywhere.it's close to everything.name it,it's conviniently close by.if not those traffic around the area,it's an ideal place to be anytime of the year.

We loved the room. We stayed at one of the deluxe rooms on the 12th floor. As others have written here, the bathroom was impressive. The food at the club lounge was also quite good.

Hyatt prides itself in excellent service and in ambiance and the hotel in Manila is no different. Once in the lobby, you're taken with the sophistication of the place. My suite was very nice, with the rainfall shower and the plasma TV. I've already made my plans to stay here when I visit Manila in a few months. Tip: if you plan to visit often, sign up for the frequent visitors program!

Very new hotel with terrific service and great rooms. Great restaurants. They are very helpful and willing to please you. I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel food is excellent and so are the bed's. But the hotel rooms (mine was a gold passport suite on the 10th floor) are very noisy with street traffic noise. I mean really loud, it was like sleeping on the sidewalk. I would return but would insist on a quiet room for sleeping.
