Front desk staff very rude!! They were rude when I tried to make reservations. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the young man (not gentleman) at the desk was just as rude and unpleasant as the man had been on the phone. They very well could have been the same one!

We live in Wichita Falls and went to Amarillo for a wedding. We left early the next morning to head back home. I received a call on my cell phone from a number that was not familiar during the drive home. Thank goodness I answered, it was the Inn calling to let me know I had left my pouch of Jewelery (some really nice pieces that have great value) ...

THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HANDLED SMALL DETAILS WITH EASE. SPENT 30 DAYS AT THE INN, ROOMS CLEAN, QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO OTHER TRAVELERS.

NO ROOM SERVICE BUT THERE IS A RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE INN.

EASY ACCESS TO I-40 AND LOCAL ATTRACTIONS.

I just love the Ashmore Inn. We stay here everytime we come to Amarillo. The rooms and breakfast are just the best ever. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Amarillo.

I as one of Jehovah's Witnesses have enjoyed each time staying at Ashmore Inn when we have our conventions. We have stayed at other hotels and they do not compare like Ashmore. I especially enjoyed the scrumptious breakfasts. But nothing compares to their friendliness and kindness that the staff give the guest in the front lobby. I have never met a more professional staff. once again thank-you for everything.

We thought it was comparable to staying @ a fancier hotel, but inexpensive. We thought it was great! We have even booked our next stay at the same hotel. The staff were all friendly & very helpful.

We stayed in Amarillo for about 3 weeks for an adoption and even though it didn't take long to explore the city, the Ashmore was nice to come home to.
