I booked this hotel for a party of three and upon check-in I was given a room with 1 king bed, when I tried to explain to the desk clerk that there was 3 adults in my party she stated that she didn't have any double beds rooms availble, however the customer before me was told that they had 5 DB rooms available, the customer , did not purchase ...

I love staying at the Hamptons my weekend was very enjoyable thanks to Kendra and Chrissy who were over and beyond on customer service and the breakfast was very very good except on the french toast. in 2010 we are going to St. Augestine, Fla and i will be staying at The Hampton Inn there also i have been spoiled by your service and the room accomadations thank all of your staff for making our weekend enjoyable.

We just stayed there last weekend the pool was packed with children and the hot tub was to hot to be relaxed!!!! The room was great and we ate at bahamma breeze which is excellent the bed was very nice...but it I knew we wouldn't of got to use the pool or the hot tub I would of stayed elsewhere.

Renee at the front desk is great!! She recommended a great seafood restaurant, Charley's Crab, when I was staying at the Hampton on business. Excellent!

From check in to check out...and everything in between, this was just a great experience! We got there late and they said they had to give our original booked room away and were "forced" to upgrade us to a suite. Awwwww, what a hardship! The suite was large, VERY CLEAN, and the bed was so very comfortable... I've never seen so many ...
