Terrible shuttle "service" & bad attitude

We stayed here because the hotel advertises "on demand" shuttle service to/from the airport. On the day of our departure, we requested the shuttle and were told it would be at the door within 15 minutes. FORTY minutes later, after several inquiries and promises that it would be there any second, the shuttle showed up. The delay ate the ...

Good for the money.

The price is right. That is about all that needs to be said. Don't expect a super luxury hotel. Close to the airport and metro link. Did not need to rent a car.

When I checked in the woman at the desk asked me if I had eaten. I hadn't, so she pointed me in the direction of an awesome restaurant. The room was in great shape and very clean. Check-out was nice and easy. Shuttle to and from Hotel was easy to use and comfortable. I would definately stay there again and recommend to my family and friends that they do the same.
