Terrible service. The owner only cares about money and once she reels you in with her fake smile, then she doesn't care once she gets your credit card number. I went there to get my prom dress because I loved the selection but not one person tried to help me find the perfect dress and nobody would tell me how they looked once I tried them on. Go to Mahin's in Monroe... she truly cares about her customers!!!

We had poor service as far as returning phone calls about problems. Our dresses were ordered (supposedly) in Jan. and are not here, maybe by the end of June. Their price for alterations are outrageous. They are covering up their mistake so hopefully things will turn around for us.

I purchased my gown and the bridesmaids gowns from Brandi's. The employees are very nice and helpful. The store itself needs some remodeling, but their selection is like no other store around. Our dresses from Brandi's arrived without problem and looked beautiful.

I enjoyed my experience at Brandi's. This store is not commission based and it shows. The consultants are friendly, are there to help,and no pressure. They are appointment based and gave me full attention when, I was there. I will recommend this place to all of my friends!
