I wanted a specific hair style and had called and visited at least 10 others salons to see if they could accomodate me. I was met with either rudeness or indifference. The salon at the Palms not only said that what I wanted was no problem despite the time involved but cheerfully and expertly executed exactly what I wanted. I liked the staff and have booked two additional appointments as a result of their professionalism.

We like the bingo and the subway breakfast, the buffet was really bad. We went back again a month later and the buffet was worse. The Steak house was great. Rooms were ok, why can't they wash the outside of the windows rooms? Valet is slow somewhat. To many penny machines. Have fun.

They used to have coffee pots in the rooms and when I asked for one, I was told they had removed the old ones and were waiting for the new ones to come in, which should be any day. Several months later, I returned and found they still had not received the coffee pots. (So I feel I was lied too).
