The staff was nice. The manager went above and beyond to make sure me and my family had a good time. Cant wait to go back again!!!

Everytime we go to Planet X, we have a blast. Reasonably priced for an arcade and great pizza.

heard mixed things about the the place and chose to go. WE HAD A GREAT TIME! The food was good and on time, the activities were all fun, the games were in pretty good shape, and best of all the employees were attentive. the bathrooms could be a tad nicer... all in all GREAT TRIP. we'll def be back!

it had good attractions i have been there twice in the last year the staff was okay the pizza was hot not cold. the games could use some work but overall its good except for the pricing its expensive.

When the pizza came out it was cold the staff was not very polite to my party there was no drinks they wouldn't give us our refills it was just a birthday bash.

I know someone who used to work there and they didn't even enjoy working there they said the kitchen was always filthy and not sanitary. But the service was good and the employees seemed to know what they were doing.

We attend Planet X typically once or twice a year. This time we had a great time. The time passes let the kids do whatever they want for a set amount of time. We chose two hours, which was plenty.

Overall, good experience.

i personally thought the place needs to be torn down. the lighting is very poor and the one airhockey machine does not work at all. but then again everyone else thinks its an okay place....

The planet x entertainment center has it ups and down. i was just their a moth ago for a birthday party of about 10. the space balls, space bikes, and the games are all great fun. the bumber cars are fun just nothing compared to big carnival bumber cars. The minigolf cousre needs some work. its fun but is kinda damaged in some parts. and however ...
