I have been getting my hair highlighted at Fusion since I moved to Pensacola. I have also gone to the same lady, but she just moved to Texas. I know she was the best there and she was always booked way in advance. I really like aveda products and I am so used to the color that I do not want to switch brands. The only thing is I am a little skeptical about trying another stylist. Has anyone had good experiences with any of the stylists there?

I got my hair done for over two years here, over 20 times in total. “Inexperienced” is an understatement. My first trip I went on a Sunday when there was a young girl there. Beautiful Place, Very Friendly, but Inexperienced staff.

Was on vacation with my wife there, and wife went in to get a haircut, the lady Jenny whom is the manager there, would not agree to anything that my wife complained about. The haircut was an utter disaster, I have no idea how a business like this exists. I really hope the BBB shuts this place down. The wife was pissed off the whole time and cried actually because of the treatment she received there. I would recommend to stay away from this place.

Three of my girlfriends and I planned a "girls' day out" - we started at the Fusion Day Spa and were impressed with the staff, our surroundings, and the total relaxation provided - would recommend their services to anyone.

What a fully trained staff Fusion has! My daughter and myself came in for massages as a girls day out. It was an awesome experience. We were even offered a complimentary make up application when coming downstairs. I was absolutely stunned to see the outcome!! Not only was my artist beautiful herself, but she made us feel just as beautiful!! Good Job!!

The people were very friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I really enjoyed my experience. They have several different packages and will work with a group such as a bridal party. It's a great way to end a relaxing vacation or to pamper yourself before a wedding.
