Great customer service. Rooms were beautiful, cozy and was a great place to stay. Casino was one of the nicer ones, resturants were very delicious. Had a blast. Would return. I was treated like royalty. The Fantacy tower VIP suite was beautiful. Quiet and just plain fun. A wonderful place to stay.
"Deceptive gaming practices at slot club! " I finally made it to the Palms to check out the Maloof brothers venture..was not overly impressed with the casino area, expected more of a Strip like quality.I went to the slot club to get a players card and was told that it was "Five times points" day..Wahooo1 The lady that signed me ...
dark and dreary, overpriced, filthy food court with arrogant rude servers, horrible food at the buffet. no one greets you and for the most part the only time i saw ambience here was on the travel channel. To get the true old classy vegas meets new modern luxurious vegas i would reccommend Caesers, Wynn or Trump, they provide absolute vacation bliss, no skank factor.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/11/07
I loved everything about the palms. People were nice and friendly, the rooms were great!! I wish I could of taken there bed home!!!
The only issue is drink service very late at night/morning (around 3am). Other than that I loved it.
The palms is the only place I stay in vegas now!!

Great Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/04/07
We arrived and to our surprise we were upgraded to a beautiful one bedroom, two bath suite without even asking.
We had an incredible view and really were happy with all accommodations. The staff was efficient and we felt safer knowing security checked room keys before allowing entrance to the hotel rooms.
The Palms has a food court and movie ...

BEST NIGHT CLUB
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/18/07
I HAVE TO SAY THE MALOOF'S REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT ITS NIGHT CLUB VISITORS. I WENT TO THE PLAYBOY AND MOONLIGHT NIGHTCLUB AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO NICE AND WITH SUCH GREAT PROFESSIONALISM BY THERE WORKERS FROM THE BOUNCERS TO THE BARTENDERS, JUST GREAT . I HAD RECENTLY WENT TO THAT DUMP CLUB LIGHT AT THE BELLAGIO AND THE PLAYBOY CLUB JUST BLOWS IT AWAY. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GREAT TIME GO HERE,
I've been to Las Vegas several times since becoming of legal gambling age and my friends and I have stayed here three times. We always find it a fun place to spend some time although it is a little far from the strip (my friends and I like to walk and I think it's about a mile or so from the Strip). Other than that the nightclubs are ...

The place needs a bath, workers are rude, I had to clean the bar where I was sitting myself. Our first room had glass and gum on the floor. Dinner at the N9ne had good food but we were rushed out as soon as we orderd coffie, this was with a $200.00 check.
