Millenium Park is really cool. The "Bean" is fun to look at and to take creative pictures of. The fountains are awsome! Always changing and morphing into someone new. It is right by the train station and shopping. And what else...it's FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!
At night the park is really romantic and fun to walk through. The restaurant has outdoor seating with an amazing view of the city. The other attractions are pretty neat but a little odd, especially the fountains that showcase people's faces on them and then water comes out of their mouth. Kind of weird but worth making a trip to see.
Modern sculpture... culture... Chicago at its best...
Right in the middle of the city... this park embodies creativity and nature. The infamous Bean (a.ka. cloudgate) the gardens... the digital fountains... Great place to take the family or a date.
I loved millenium park. My first visit was on a perfect late summer afternoon in August. The sky was blue, the grass was soft and welcoming. We walked along the wildlife preserve area and sat with our feet in the cool stream that runs through the park. Truely an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a relaxing and FREE idea this is the place. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon picnic!
I'm so excited to be able to go back and see the famous giant bean. The whole atmosphere is wonderful. All the people and elegance of it all is breathtaking. Millenium park is a great addition to Chicago and I hope to see more of it in the futur. I love the gorgeous orchestra hall, the calming music is brilliant. This attraction is truly a magnificent addition to the "Magnificent Mile"
I like the new attractions that were built at that place, such as the giant bean, the twin water towers, and the outdoor theater. In few words, it is a great place that makes the windy city a beautiful place to visit.
We enjoyed the big peanut shaped display. It was very neat and cool for the kids to see themselves distorted in the mirror like surface. The walls with the changing faces and water falls were neat as well. So many neat things to see all in a relaxing environment and best of all, its free to see!

Expensive to taxpayers; free and wonderful for tourists
This is a great value for non-residents (residents have already paid a lot for it, directly or indirectly). Beautiful landscaping, spectacular arhcitecture, fun fountain for kids.
Only negative is the interior of the Harris theater, which resembles the parking grage underneath it.
For the first time, we had to stand in line to get close to a piece of outdoor art. It's called "Cloud Gate" and it's a giant chrome-like pinto bean that's become the central attraction of sprawling Millenium Park. You WILL want to get close, if only to snap a funhouse photo of yourself reflected in The Bean. In warm ...

A Perfect Place to see what downtown Chicago is all about!
I found it to be tranquil, it is a beautiful park with select gardens, and when you look up you see just skyscrapers. Wow, just interesting on how they did the harmony...
Summertime Activity... To make this really cool, if you are flying to O'Hare, ride the "L" to get to the park (an attendant will help you).
Really at this park you feel safe and are safe (There is always police presents).
