This is one of the places that I went to on my first date with my boyfriend. One reason that I like this place is the atmosphere. Whether you are seeing a concert or just sitting and relaxing, Millenium Park is a quiet place to see the skyline and enjoy the city.

it was cool...bean was ok...flashing boxes were weird. visit when its hot so you can go to the water section and mess around....go around summertime....view is magnificent
I loved the fountain! The best time to visit is in the summer time when the weather is the warmest. Millenium Park is close to all public transportation.

I love the millenium park, is so beautiful, and they had art display all around it Restaurants are so close, and the city view from the park is amazing
Millenium park is well worth going over budget. The stage area is amazing with amazing sound and good views from every angle. The gardens are beautiful as well as the water area for the children of all ages to play. And you can't beat the cost-free!! its an amazing place to hang out in the middle of a beautiful city, and so many other chicago favorites are within walking distance.
What a great way to upgrade a place that used to be unattractive and dangerous. Spend some time people watching here as you rest your weary toes from walking State Street and all of Chicago's other offerings. The water walls with images of people projected on them are my favorite part. You can rent one of those "Segway" scooters ...

Great place to be
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/26/05
I love the fountain. My daughter enjoys playing in the water. Great way to cool down on a hot day. It's a nice place to get re-energized and then head back on the mag mile.
The rebirth of an area previously used as a railroad switchyard into a worldclass example of great public art, architecture, and gardens rivals the 1893 Columbian exhibition as a great example of civic pride (with the city and the private sector working together) and a landmark in Chicago history.
The Park,is the best thing Thats happened to Chicago in a long time. After all the crying people did about the cost to me it seems well worth it...a nice restaurant that you can watch the ice skaters in the winter or just people watch in the summer outside and have a very nice meal..Dont miss it !!
Very upbeat and the center of everything fun going on in Chicago. Lots of neat displays, fountains, people, and events. Very Easy to spend the whole day there.
