Hello my name is Robin, My family and I always enjoy the times we go to enjoy a great meal @ Darwell's, My husband enjoys their tuna sandwhich's so much he always eats 2,lol..The entertainment is very enjoyable,& when papa D gets a notion to play along the entertainment gets even better!!!!!!! All in all its a most delightful time for all ages to enjoy, So come on over to Darwell's you really cant go wrong...

I am new to long beach and just looked up places to eat here and darwells came up first. The food was great and atmosphere was just as great there was guy playing guitar and was just overall impressed by everything. The service was perfect we werent there 25 minutes and was checked on three times. I will definetly be going back again and again.

I had the pleasure of dining at Darwells a few weeks ago with friends. The food is incredible, had the prime rib sandwich myself and friends tried a few seafood entrees. We all were very pleased and will definitely being going back. If the fine food wasn't enough you won't find friendlier service, they are top notch and I was very impressed.

We went to Darwell's for lunch on Memorial Day and were disappointed to find that it was closed. We had checked their website for their hours of operation and there was no mention that they would be closed. I suggest you call and find if they will be open if you plan to go on a 'minor' holiday. Hopefully we will be able to try Darwell's on our next visit.

This place is still open. I went with a group of my friends this past summer. The food is amazing and the atmoshere is great. Try to go on a night that they play licve music. Oh and you must get dessert. The service was fast and the staff is amazingly friendly!

Darwells is a really great place if u havent been u need 2 go i no the Darwells hes a really good person hes a great chef its a family cafe so u can bring friends and family

Great food, great music, great people in a fantastic setting tucked away from it all. Family-oriented, byob, with the kind of "kick your shoes off and stay awhile" personality of a food-fest in your best friend's backyard.

14 of us just returned to Michigan from a week of Katrina relief work hosted by the Long Beach Presbyterian church, a block from Darwell's.
