The Hilton Garden Inn at JFK is easy to get to from the airport. The rooms were extremely comfortable with numerous amenities. The refrigerator and microwave were very big pluses.

The staff was more than friendly and accommodating and many resort hotels can learn from the staff here.

While I wouldn't recommend the location as convenient to Manhattan, as a short stay it could not be better.

This was a very delightful overnight stop for us on our return from a Grand Circle trip to Israel and Egypt. We had an excellent rate, excellent directions about how to use the shuttle, easy check in - and the room was very nice. Location is not the greatest but when you are only staying overnight - not a critical factor. The restaurant/bar was ...

have the clubhouse sandwich--it's memorable.

This hotel was one of the best I've stayed in.

What I liked about this hotel was it is small and personable. I found the staff and management to be helpful and courteous at all times. The service provided by everyone was outstanding, but what I remember and like most was the staff. If a company is measured by it's employees, them the Hilton Garden Inn has acquired the best.
