I made an online GUARANTEED reservation at this hotel only to show up and find they didn't have my room. They had canceled my reservation without calling me. I had to drive up the road to a different Holiday Inn Express and pay AGAIN for a room. Plainfield has no idea how to run a hotel and the cusomer service was appalling.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.
Please take this into consideration - I think the workers there are great and need to get paid more than they do.I think the employees get paid less than they should. They get paid the same as McDonald's workers when they do so much more work and should be rewarded for that. There is defintiely a problem with employee recognition and something needs to be changed. Other then that the hotel is GREAT!

This hotel, fairly new, provides the quality that one would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering directions, responding easily to changes and requests.
