What a wonderful place.....The service is top notch and thecoffee and baked goods are to die for!!!!!

I love caffe primo! I feel that the service makes my day, and the coffee makes my mouth water! Sometimes I just like spending my days soaking in the ambiance of the shop, and sipping on a delicate hot chocolate with the delicious homeade whipping cream. However, my one weakness at primo is the banana nut muffins!

Great coffee, amazing customer service, friendly atmosphere. Awesome music selection. The banana nut muffins are to die for. The shop is always very clean. I like how all of the staff had primo crew shirts to unify all of them. Thank you, that is all.

Destined to fail. Name has changed twice since they opened, they're not open past 7 p.m., they don't roast their own coffee, pastry selection started out OK till the management changed and then it went down-hill. The staff, well, it doesn't take a PhD to make a cup of joe, but give me a break....

Coffee was pretty good and the layout was very nice. I would say the ambiance was great but the teenagers who work here and their friends at the bar were horribly loud.

Coffee okay. Pastry selection is poor.

What primo doesn't put out as far as product they more than made up for in ambience. Service is so-so.
