They have their kitchen open to the dining room so you can watch them cook. During our visit, one of the three cooks was eating his lunch while cooking our lunch. He licked crumbs off his fingers and then picked up our plates, putting the fingers that were just in his mouth on the top of the plates that he put our food on! OVERALL -
Stay Away!Worst food I have ever had! I ordered the ribs and could barly chew them. The meat was so tough I had a hard time tearing the ribs apart. The coleslaw that came with the meal had such a pungent flavor you had to spit it out once you stuck it in your mouth. The free desert was pretty good though. Service was also bad even though the resturant was less than half full. I do not recomend Mary's Bistro.OVERALL
