AWESOME, please open one in the Bay Area CA. The food is the best ever, once we get one here in CA, good bye to Chipoltle. I rate Cafe Rio a five star. The food is fresh, healthy and oh sooo good. I yearn for trips to Utah just for Cafe Rio.

They have the best grilled chicken salad I've ever had. And I've had many, let me tell you. You gotta mix the house ranch and the cilantro dressing. Yummy.
