Love this place. It's a staple place to eat in the village of Fishkill. The pumpkin pancakes are amazing! What we like about the java hut is that it's always consistent. You know you will always get a good meal when you visit! Thanks Pamela and Heath!

I went there for breakfast and had the most delicious pancakes! I ordered them with bananas, chocolate chips, and coconut. I couldn't even eat the whole thing and had to take the rest home for breakfast the next day!

The environment is friendly, cozy and their coffees and sandwiches are the best.
