I traveled to Columbus recently and decided to try Cafe 222 and had a delightful time. Food was excellent and the service was great. The new owner is very humerous and will keep you laughing the whole time you are there. So if you are traveling to Columbus Ga in the near future I would highly reccomend this place.OVERALL

I went to Cafe 222 today for lunch and the food was horrible. The setting is nice, but the dishes were dirty and I was very dissapointed. Also, the luch buffet is overpriced. I paid for myself and one other person and the total came up to be 22.60. I can go to another buffet location right up the street serving southern cooking and pay 16.00 for two people. I will never eat at that establishment ever again!OVERALL

Sunday morning disaster, We visited a very un-appetizing buffet and even worse southern hospitality. This restaurant is poorly managed and food preparation is non existent. No straws, no pepper in shaker on table,raw scrambled eggs , over cooked fat back bacon, chunked ham pieces, grits salty, coffee old. We looked forward to this place over an ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Cafe 222 has new opening times now, not just serving Breakfast and lunch anymore!! Cafe 222 is now open on Friday and Saturday nights for dinner from 6-9PM. Serving items like Chicken Marsala, Chicken Picata, Flounder, Rib Eye Steaks, etc...With desserts like the Chef's Homemade Ice Cream, or chocolate mousse. You can also listen to a live guitarist while enjoying your meal and the atmosphere.OVERALL

This place is closed. I ate here in May 2009. The B & B is not well kept. There were plenty of cockroaches in the cottage that I stayed in. I dont recommend this place.OVERALL

SUPER FANTASTIC LUNCH BUFFET!!!!!!This place is not only beautiful, it also serves some of the best southern comfort food I have ever had!!! The fried chicken is quite frankly unbelievably good. The atmosphere is fantastic. You never know you just may be treated to one of the cooks soufoul rendition of amazing grace. This is an excellant place to take out of town clients ( especially notherners) who want to experience true southern cuisine. Absolutely love this place!!!1 of 1 Yahoo!
