As a long time HMB resident I'm so grateful for Jose', the owner/operator of Cafe Gibraltar. HMB's location means restaurants can provide tourists with dirt quality food at high prices (Gin Wan, Sams, Barbara's, Miramar, Distillery, etc., etc.) Of the four coastside restaurants I could recommend to non-tourists, Cafe G. tops the ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Superb!This is my favorite restaurant in the bay area. The food, service and atmosphere are consistently excellent. We've been eating here for seven years and have never had a dish that we didn't love. It's a little off the beaten track but definitely worth seaking out.OVERALL

Great food in Half Moon Bay Area!I looked on the Internet for "best restaurants near Half Moon Bay" and tried this. All six of us loved the creative, out-of-the-ordinary and delicious Meditarranean food. We live in Los Altos Hills, but we'll make this trip often now that we have found this place. The prices are reasonable for the high quality. Hope they remain so!OVERALL
