We chose this hotel specifically so our young kids could swim in the indoor pool. They keep the pool at 77 degrees (there's a thermometer), which is intolerably cold. front desk person us rude when asked to use the pool. they have no hot tub rooms.the pool room should be open longer. food person in should be a little nice. when you have your dnd sing on the door house keeping should not bother you

The staff was very friendly & helpful & the hotel was very clean & well maintained. This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed at.

This is a great hotel! Very clean, nice pool, great staff. We will stay here again! The breakfast buffet is wonderful, more then just coffee and doughnuts like at most hotels. The room is nice and clean. Best Western has won us over with this hotel and the last one we stayed in!

I frequent Knoxville many times and have stayed everywhere. I was extremely happy with the quality of the hotel, the amenities, and the staff. The pool area is very accomodating and the breakfast area was just perfect before having to start the day. Also the free hi-speed internet was a life saver.

We stayed here last May ('05) and liked the fact that it was under 1 year old....everything very clean yet.

The breakfast wasn't as good as the motel next door; really needs a waffle iron.
I read in an earlier review that the waffles were good...possibly they have the iron now. (Jan'06)

This hotel was such a nice facility and was enjoyed by our family, including two grandchildren, ages 5 and 8. They really enjoyed the indoor pool. The room was especially nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast both mornings. The waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy were a wonderful surprise. We would certainly encourage anyone in the area to say at this hotel. We will certainly return if in the area again!!
