This place is an absolute rip off. The day I was there was very cold and windy so obviously the place was packed because people had nothing better to do that day. Honest to god people were lined up 2 and 3 deep at each slot machine. I've never seen that many people in 1 casino at one time. In fact they had to have been over the limit capacity ...

The Hotel is new and very expensive. Don't waste your time or money in this Casino. They use nothing but those cheating pile of crap auto shuffler machines on the lower limit black jack tables. I have gone four times and lost money all four times.

They have stacked the odds heavily against you with these auto shufflers.

I am only 19 years old, So I wasn't able to buy any drinks, but they WERE pricey. Everything was, it's a damn casino, don't you people get that? Their motive is to hustle you every which way. I went for the poker and the poker only, I didn't find anything wrong with the place, maybe that's just cause I won money :)

Digusting hotel, smells bad in rooms; employees are rude and ignorant. Comps are skimpy; cheapskates; don't give you a meal or a drink. The machines are terrible! There are virtually no 3 coin machines; everything is 45 coins and up, and the pay outs are next to nil. They need to visit a real casino and see how it's done! Save your time and money; go to Vegas or up to WNY to the Seneca Niagara Casino, and see how it's done right!

The hotel and casino are very clean. The machines are awful. What you do is when the casino door opens, throw your money in, turn around and go home.

loved everything the hotel had to offer. Everything in one place and only 20 min away from the best beaches. Great for singles and couples. The pool is nice for children but I would recommend bringing your family.

The place is a dump...It smells. The staff is rude. The women, hmmm, I'll just leave it at that. I won over $300 and ran for the door. NEVER going back!

Unfortunately, this is the only casino around the Tampa Bay area and they know it. Save your money and go to Vegas. I have been to Vegas 5 times and always come home w/ money. I can't say the same about the Hard Rock.
