    WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WENT WE GOT OUR MONEYS WORTH BUT STILL THEY DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH AC/HEAT THE KNOBS WERE MISSING 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 SO YOU DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN THEM AND YOU WOULD JUST HAVE TO DEAL.
