I play all the courses in this area. For my money, the Buffalo course offers the most "bang for your buck". The elevated tees, the manicured greens and tree lined fairways are hard to beat!!! Yes, the Powderhorn has the variety of courses and the clubhouse, but for the average guy with limited income to spend on golf, the course in Buffalo is very hard to top!!!!
Go there every year and a highlight is playing this golf course in Wyoming. 4th hole has an amazing view of the surrounding area and is an elevated shot down to a green that is only about 100 yards out, but over 100 feet below the tee box. Wonderful course and great hospitality. Very reasonable fees and handy location. Highly recommended! The greens are well maintained and the elevation changes are fun and well thought out.

Great new white bunkers! Great course-needs new clubhouse, but the service is fantastic in the pro shop!! Elevation changes and big trees make this worth every penny. Best course in Wyoming. Much better than The Powderhorn in Big Horn.
