We booked the Strawberry Inn at the Heritage Farm Museum & Village in Huntington to celebrate the 4th of July. Although we arrived on July 3rd after-hours and they were to be closed the next day, the owners promptly greeted us at our cabin, made suggestions for dining and allowed us to take a self-guided tour of the village/museum grounds. ...

Everything closes at 3:30pm. After that there is nothing to do. No TV, no telephone, and no people. It was actually a bit frightening to be there without a phone and a cell phone that didn't receive reception due to the mountains. The cabin smelled musty; however, was clean. I don't think I would spend another $150 to spend the night The Inn would be used best if several families went together.
