As you travel down the street toward the golf course, on nearly any afternoon, you can see plumes of smoke from trash being burned by those living nearby. The stench invariably ruins any attempt to enjoy a game. As the previous reviewer noted, who wants to put up with that?

Kanawha county doesn't have an animal containment law. I know because any day in the early morning or late evening, you can see dogs wandering around on the course. Who wants to put up with that?

This is the worst course I've ever seen. The taxpayers definitely are getting hosed. Give up and cut your losses!

Worn out, bad location, poor service. This golf course is really bad.

The last time I played this course, just as I was swinging, an air horn pierced the scene. Needless to say, the other players thought this was hilarious, especially when I couldn't even find my ball. It turns out there's a railroad adjacent to the course. Be forewarned.

I thought it was strange when some dudes stared at me when I pulled in to the parking lot. After playing the course, I understand why. They've taken over.

I played this course with family while visiting. They have incredibly low expectations.

If your idea of a good time is playing a ratty course with a group of drunken hillbillies, then this is your dream come true.
