Non Floating Boat DockThe boat ramps are nice, but the lack of a floating dock makes it hard to get in or out of your boat during the hours near low tide. There are two ladders, but they are only located on the center dock. The city engineers and/or designers did not do a proper job in designing and building of these docks. They are also appear not to be handicap friendly.OVERALL

PERFECT FOR FAMILY OUTING. BEAUTIFUL WALK ALONG THE WATER. OLD SMOKY TRAIN RIDES, 1.00 PER RIDER. (WHEN UP AND RUNNING.) BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE. SNACK BAR AND STAGE ARE NICE. Pokey Smokey makes the ParkThe Pokey Smokey is a little steam train that kids can ride around in the park. Neet little steam engine. It is now up for debate as to whether to fix the little train, or go for a new electric one. I hope they keep it. All my kids have ridden it and it's a blast.
