Nautical Boats is reasonably priced and well maintained. You get all the neccesities, but if you need frills or papmpering, go elsewhere. You get the amount of maintenance you want, and the terms are not dictated to you.you get the services you need, but you may not get your ego stroked. If you want to impress people as you drive in, too bad. Nice folks with a great attitude if you treat them as you like to be treated.

Nautical Boats is a working mans marina. It had a good sized "do it yourself" boat yard, a 50 ton travelift, an onsite mechanic, and a very helpful owner. If you need help Harvey, the owner, or many of the patrons will be there. The docks are in very good repair and not what the other guy described them as. If you are on a budget this is the place to go!!

I like Nautical, its reasonably priced and a great place to work on a boat. Is a a Yuppie hangout? No. Fancy? No. I have had my boat there for over a year and am happy with the way laid back attitude.
This is the "trailer park" of yards and marinas in the area. Horrible access. If your mast is taller than 40' forget it. There is a fixed bridge that you have to go under to get there. There are boats in the yard that look like they haven't seen water in years. The piers are shakey at best. Loose boards, nail heads poking thru. Definitely not a place I would want to go to again. Lets not even talk about the people.
