  • Don't take Girl Scouts!

    Docent/tour guide named Deanna was extremely rude on multiple occasions in front of our young Brownies from the moment we arrived. Paid $5 per girl expecting a tour of the house and only got to see 3 rooms. Deanna flatly refused to answer simple questions our girls had (such as "where did the servants live?") about the house ...

  • My most treasured childhood memory

    I have gone to the Hunter House since I was 6 and loved every minute of it. I recommend going during Christmas when they act out "The Night Before Christmas". The house is so beautiful from the inside out and looks completely authentic, even being on a cobblestone road! Young girls would greatly appreciate the experience.
