This is a smaller zoo, but you can see all the animals up close! I loved it. It didn't take all day long and we didn't have to walk for miles! It is soooo much better than the NC Zoo. You only see those animals with a telescope and your feet wear out before you've seen even 1/2 of it. We are planning to go back this weekend and take family members! It has a great layout and wonderful atmostphere! LOVE IT!!

Animals From A-Z
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/27/06
The Zoo was a great place to get out of the house, have family fun, and still be amazed. The animals area all there from Anaconda to Zebra (A-Z. It's a Must-See for Virginia.
