Here we go again, trying to get someone to answer a phone call at Chrysler Hall. I need to know if they are going to accept the tickets I had for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels during the BACI crisis like they said they were. Now, I should have known, I can't get anyone to answer a telephone to find out.

From the time I bought tickets to a performance and show time, I found myself in a position of being temporarily handcapped. Never having been incapacitated before, I was very apprehensive about going. I could not have been in better hands. The staff was professional, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. The show was great and I had a wonderful time. It was so much fun to be out in the world again.
