I have had several meals at Bentley's during my numerous visits to the Green Mountains. The atmosphere is similar to the bistros I have visited in Europe. My last visit included a perfect onion soup, perfectly plump steamed mussels in a wine and garlic broth and a Jack Daniels steak grilled to perfection. Fabulous

I had the misfortune of eating at Bentleys on October 3, 2005. The big problems were: the service was awful to the point where I went to the kitchen myself to get some items (yes, really); four of the best menu items were unavailable by 8pm; the prices were high, for example, wine list markups are three times retail.
