The CIRCUS atmosphere on this golf course is terrible - the course is in horrible shape the greens are the worst! The place is run like a treehouse and the majority of clowns on the course are anything but golfers. The RCC motto is "If it's FREE it's for MORE". This place is anything but, a Country Club. It's is just one big JOKE.
