  • Horrible Customer Service!

    My husband and I are from the mtns of Colorado and we spent the week in South Padre for the first time and had a pretty fun trip. However "unfortunatley" on our last day there we ate at Tom and Jerry's and the it left a bad taste in our mouths, literally.
    Our waitress displayed horrible customer service, the food was not pleaseant ...

    This is a wonderful family restraunt. Great people and not to mention delicious food oh and did i forget to mention low prices! I always have a great time and a great experience every time I eat here. I would highly recommend eating here while at the Island. Trust me you will love it!

    We walked in and thought how neat the place is, and the kids liked it - very 'island-y' decor. However, as soon as we were seated, I noticed a very strong urine odor, but didn't want to say anything since we were being treated to dinner by my folks.     We really liked the food and our drinks were pretty good too. The prices are reasonable and the service was pretty quick. Of all the restaurants we went to on our trip, we liked this one the best.

    We decided on dinner at Tom & Jerry's the first night of our vacation. Little did we know it could have ruined our complete South Padre experience had we allowed it.
