Give PPBC another chance!We have been members for many years and have seen its up and downs. We now have a new Children's Minister who really cares about the kids - something we didn't see from the previous one. If you have children, please try us again.OVERALL

unhappy membersWe have been members since 1990 but now visiting other churches. The reason: We don't agree with the contemporary service. The music is horrible and some members of the congregation look like they haven't had a bath in a week. Also,there is no place for children to worship during the second service. The Church to Belong to in IrvingThis church got me going again. The pastor is incredible. We visited many churches until we found Plymouth Park. My wife and I joined their marriage group and we viewed Fireproof and are now involved in the Fireproof Your Marriage program through the church. It's sad for this churchThis is really sad to hear that this church is lukewarm and it's ministers are not concerned about the needs of the community. I've heard unpleasant remarks about this church. Children's ProgramI really was dissappointed with the Children's programs. We really tried giving the church several chances but it didn't have the substance that we needed for our kids. When my husband and I approached the Children's Pastor he was not wanting to listen to our thoughts and became very defensive. It is too bad because my husband and I really like the worship for adults.OVERALL

Sunday visitThe people were very friendly on our visits at the church. The greeters directed us to the sanctuary, and several people greeted us before the service. Sunday MorningThe pastor is amazing and occassionally gets laughter from the congregation. The people who go here are very friendly. There are 2 services, one at 9:00am and another at 10:30am. Sunday school is split up by grade for children and by stage in life for adults like Young and Married... The youth program here is why many people come to this church.
