This is my first time going to this park and I loved it. I never traveled before and I went at night with my date. It was very romantic and very serene. My date and I were about to enter the beachhouse but there was a homeless person sleeping inside so we quietly left. I wouldn't go there by myself though. Way too quiet. Great for photography lessons and just enjoying walking the boardwalk.

The scenery was fine but the atmoshpere was quite freightening. The quality of the people lurking around the park did not allow you to become comfortable and enjoy the park.. the park could definitely use some heavy security before it will be truly enjoyable.

Park is small, not much to see and doesn't have much traffic. Skip it unless you just happen to be in the area. Recommend visiting nearby Crockett Street for restaurants & nightlife.
