The fairways are nice and green; but way too bumpy. Driving a golf cart on them could split your pants. The greens run slow and the cart boys don't know how to earn a tip; and don't expect to find balls on the driving range if your lucky enough to find it open.

Fantastic challenge. Driving at a premium with tee shot setting up almost every hole.
Membership offers a nearly empty golf course to yourself, and it's almost always in excellent condition.

Very playable old style golf course. Friendly people, great environment. Very tight fairways, small fast greens. Better bring your A-game. There's some pretty salty players out there.
