Terrible ExperienceFor my husband's 25th birthday, I surprised him with a trip to Tennessee and a hot air balloon flight. I booked the flight three months in advance and left ample time during our vacation to be able to reschedule the flight in case of bad weather, which is what I was told to do. Adventure says it all!Having never been on a hot air flight before, I did not know what to expect. It truly is an adventure! The crew of the Smoky Mountain Balloon Adventures is professional and courteous. Jeff is an awesome pilot. I would recommend them to anyone. We can not wait to go again.OVERALLAtmosphereValue
