Played at 3 courses on a recent trip to Jackson and this was by far the best conditioned course in the area. Greens were true and rolled well, rough and fairways were fine.

Greatest challenge here is the trees and elevation changes for those of us from flat ground.

For a place the size of Jackson, you are not going to find a better club or course, without a doubt the best course in West Tennessee outside of Memphis, course is an traditional style course, raised greens some places as much as 6 feet, greens are quick and no were near flat, course puts a premium on accuracy into the greens and touch on and ...

The golf course is focused on it's members and is private. However, the beauty of the golf course and overall set-up makes it a 5 Star Course. The golf course is very enclosed so large events like the PGA could not be played there. If the course was more spread out and open every large event would tak place there in Mississippi.
