Every time we visit the smokey mtns we make it a point to stop in and buy candy. Our favorites are choc cherries, almond toffee crunch, pnt butter fudge, and caramel apples with nuts.. I spend almost $50.00 every trip. wish you could buy online but hey it gives us an excuse to travel.. Stephanie C

Don't miss!

Don't be fooled by other Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge candy stores. This is the only one you want to shop in and has been my entire life (grew up in Knoxville). We buy tons of it when we first get there and gobble it up. Then we have to buy more for the trip home!
If parking is an issue, have a friend drop you off to shop while they circle around. It's worth it.
i have been to gatlinburg 4 times. i go to this store every time. it has the best stick candy and the best buy for your money. you will not met any more nicer folks anywhere.keep up the good work guys and thank you

Best candy!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/12/09
We love this place! We take $100 every time we go and stock up on all of our favorites. We walk out with a very large bag. We are going to Myrtle Beach this year, but we are making a special stop on our way back to Ohio to get our candy. We will be adding 2 hrs. drive time, but it is well worth it!! I just wish we could buy it online from them.
This store has the BEST Pecan Clusters. You can buy them somewhere else on the parkway or in Pigeon Forge, but they will not be as good as they are here. They really have great candy.

I have always loved this place! Until this year, a friend and I stopped in to buy a pound of candy(mixed) I come to Gatlinburg every year sometime twice a year and bring my grandaughter with me it is one of our things to do to, go to ole smoky candy kitchen and buy candy we always enjoyed it so...This year I was on a bus tour and talked a friend ...
I've been to the Smokies at least forty times since my first visit in 1951. Besides the beautiful mountains, the Ole Smoky Candy Kitchen is the highlight of the trip. The salt water taffy made on an eighty year old machine is the best in the world!
Any and all of their chocolates are the greatest, and the prices are so low compared to Fannie ...

Absolutely the best honeycomb molasses chips !
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/01/09
This store is a meticulously clean store with every kind of candy you can think of!! My 83 year old mother is partial to the chocolate covered molasses chips & I found them here one year when we were in the area. She loved them! I know they don't have an on-line site, but that doesn't stop us from ordering from them. They take phone ...

TOO BUSY TO NOTICE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/17/09
I got home with a box of chocolate peanuts instead of the chocolate rasins I asked for. Someone had broken a display box of candy and I guess to busy to listen to a customers request. I was bringing this home as a gift to a person who is allergic to peanuts. Thanks a lot. I could not return this because I did not find the mistake until I arrived home.
I've had a lot of candy over the years, but OSCK tops them all. This place has THE BEST Peanut Brittle I've ever eaten in my life! I'm ashamed to say I ate a 14oz tub of it by myself, not all at once mind you. I could NOT stop eating this stuff.....unbelievably good! I wish I had more and I wish they would open an online store. Do not pass this place by. You can keep your $32 a pound Godiva.
