I will do all my shopping at Carolina Place in Pineville from now on. The Rock Hill Galleria refused to allow Salvation Army to put up their tree at the mall this year and will not allow them to ring their bells at the mall entrances. They can only ring their bells at Wal Mart. This is Salvation Armys biggest time of the year to raise money to help the less fortunate but the mall is afraid they will take dollars away from them.
