This house and grounds are one of the most beautiful places in the historic district of Georgetown and truly exemplifies the meaning of Southern Charm. The antiques are wonderful and well kept. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Great place to visit!

The house is 18th century and furnished with mostly family pieces. Rather then a collection of cold and reproduction pieces common in most house museums the Kaminski house presents materials collected during the lives of the occupants. This is a good collection of antiques from the 20th century in a house from the 19th century. There are a couple of nice pieces, but unless you enjoy looking at antiques, there isn't much to see here. Don't be confused by the age of the house; the furnishings inside are not that old.
