Edisto is a great place to enjoy a natural beach without a lot of commercialism. The campground sites are very large with hookups, and the bath house is conveniently located. I drove all the way from charleston on 7-3-09 to check this place out & I was'nt sure about this place taking a park pass, so when i pulled up to the gate & showed the gatekeeper my park pass, she was mean & asked me if i could read? how rude! I did'nt even want to pay the cash to get in. Do your park a favor & hire some people with class. I would never treat people that come into my office like that, ever!
