As grandparents we love our 4 year old. She had a wonderful time. Didn't want to leave. Adults have to be kids again to realize their appreciation.

Expensive/didn't hold our attention
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/03/07
We went to EdVenture with a group of friends. We arrived shortly after opening time. The line to buy tickets was stretched to the door. Only one person was working, while another one was doing what appeared to be "busy" work at one of the other check-in desks. She finally opened her station and was not friendly at all. While my 3 ...

Will Go Back for More Fun
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/11/07
We went to EdVenture for a school field trip. We loved it and will go back so we can take our time and do more things. The children, all 144 of them, loved it and wanted to stay longer.

We go every month and love it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/06/07
My daughter is absolutely ecstatic whenever we go to Edventure. We go once a month to their family night - tickets are only a dollar! She is 3 1/2 years old - an ideal age for this museum. It is geared toward 2-11 years old. However, there is a toddler/baby area for them to climb around on, and babies love to look at a lot of the exhibits - there ...

will not go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/09/06
The first time we went there were several events closed. I would say ther ewere more than half closed. As well as the gift shop. They were working inside doing inventory or something. The second time we went we were able to go in the gift shop but things were priced incorrectly and they did not give it to us at the price marked. More exibits were open but some of the things were not working.
Took my children to this museum and could not be more disappointed. Most of the items were broken or missing pieces. I was very disappointed, with the $$ spent I expected exhibits to be in working condition. Very unhappy, expected more.

I want to go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/03/06
While visiting the museum on a field trip with my class the most important thing that caught my attention was big Ed in the middle of the floor. It was very exciting and interesting when you look inside of his big body. I would like to go back and take my neices and nephews.

Chattanooga children's museum is much better!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/29/06
We stopped by Edventure on our way to Savannah, thinking that it would be similar to the quality of the Chattanooga Children's Museum, which we had recently visited. It's not. In fact, if you are planning a trip around a Children's Museum, I'd highly recommend skipping this one. It's a giant space, filled with large ...

The price is way to expensive, for a family of 6 it cost's were to steep. For a educational trip for youngsters this need to be affordable.

Worth the money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/30/05
Its 8.95 for adults and 6.95 for kids (free for kids under 1), so its not necessarily cheap, but its worth it. The traveling exhibits are incredible. There is a special section for children under 3 to keep them entertained. Edventure has outdoor fun as well as nice, indoor fun.
